Coral Bay to Carnarvon

Well we left Bullara Station today and drove to Coral Bay where we stopped for lunch. It was so beautiful there! A great beach with pristine waters and snorkelling straight off the beach. I wish we had of stayed there for a few nights but it was packed because of school holidays. Anyway we went for a walk and had the funniest thing happen. A lady who saw us in Exmouth, loved Megatron and saw us on the street at Coral Bay. She stopped us and fussed over Megatron and then asked her 4 year old son to give Mega the rest of his ice cream!!! He was happy to do so and Mega was also happy with this arrangement. It was Halarious!!!

We then drove through to Carnavon and walked the One Mile Jetty. It was a long walk but well worth it. We timed it right and got to see the sunset over the water. Mega found the old rickety jetty a little hard to walk on and sometimes lost his back legs down a crack! But he did well. We then had dinner and kept driving toward Geralton. We stopped at midnight about 200 kms from Geralton at a roadhouse. When we got out we didn't realise that Chris had parked over a puddle and we had let Mega out. It was as if he had RED concrete boots on! So at idnight after a long drive, we had to wash his feet, which in turn covered us in red mud! It was not fun. We then had a well desereved sleep!
