On our way to Victoria River we drove through so many fires. They were mainly back burning, but some were scrub fires.
Another road obstacle. This is so weird seeing stock on the main highway!

We went bush to camp for free at Victoria River. It was a little scary because the grass was so long and dry. Especially after seeing so many fires on the way!

Our overnight stay at Victoria Rivier was nice. The stars at night were unbelievable. It seemed like they were so close, you could touch them.
